Friendly trained staff

Beamsmoor Care at Home (BCAH) have added further administration support to ensure that there is always a friendly helpful voice to answer a call for information.
The very nature of our 24hr service delivery dictates that we provide emergency contact at all times outside normal office hours for our staff delivering planned care to our Service Users.

The training of our Social Care Support Workers is generally split between our-in-house qualified nurse trainer and management team and the specialist consultancy services brought in on a regular basis. Apart from the required induction training which everyone receives, you will be reassured to know that we provide a series of C.P.D. (continuing professional development) courses which are constantly monitored to ensure that our Social Care Support Workers are aware of the latest methods in relevant care delivery, so that you always get the best there is.

Beamsmoor Care at Home have a central training room with disabled facilities in Ulverston, where Social Care Support Workers in both BCAH and other Independant Providers can receive ongoing training in care.

The C.Q.C. inspectorate says...

Staff talked about receiving "good training" and that "courses are always available" Another member of staff said "the induction was very good and different training is provided to help us support people".
